Phase I – Environmental Site Assessments

A Phase I ESA is an overview of a site to look for indications of conditions that may pose potential environmental threats to the site, either within the site itself or from off-site locations.  This study is conducted using current accepted standards and consists of a site visit to observe current on-site and nearby off-site conditions.  A search of pertinent regulatory database files and other historical information (aerial photography, etc.) is conducted to gain further information on present and past conditions and uses of the site and its surrounding areas.

Information and conclusions from the study are presented to the Client in a detailed report.
